Coupez le pamplemousse et les mandarines en quartiers.Coupez les quartiers de pamplemousse en trois et les quartiers de mandarine en deux.Transférez les pamplemousses, les mandarines et tous les jus dans des bols profonds.À l’aide d’un petit couteau bien aiguisé, coupez le zeste et la moelle blanche des oranges, coupez les oranges en rondelles de 6 mm, puis coupez les tranches en quartiers.Ajoutez les oranges et tous les jus dans le même bol.Ajoutez 1\/2 tasse de cranberries séchées, du miel et de la cannelle.Couvrez et réfrigérez au moins 1 heure.Mélangez le yaourt et le gingembre dans un bol.(Les fruits et le yaourt peuvent être préparés 1 jour à l’avance.Couvrez-les séparément et placez-les au frais.)<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
