Dans un grand saladier, mélangez la salade mixte, les morceaux d’orange ou de pamplemousse, le jicama et l’oignon.Arrosez la salade avec la quantité désirée de vinaigrette aux agrumes, puis mélangez délicatement pour enrober la salade.Servez immédiatement.Réfrigérez la vinaigrette aux agrumes restante.
