Coupez les légumes en tranches aussi fines que possible, à l’aide d’une mandoline si vous en avez une.Portez le jus de pamplemousse à ébullition et versez-le sur les légumes avec le basilic et la majeure partie de la coriandre.Laissez refroidir.
