Préchauffez le four à 220 °C.Coupez les pamplemousses en deux à l’aide d’un couteau à pamplemousse et découpez des quartiers entre les membranes.Transférez les quartiers et leur jus dans un grand bol et incorporez 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre.Décollez délicatement et jetez les membranes internes des moitiés de pamplemousse, en laissant les écorces intactes, pour former 4 tasses creuses et sèches.Divisez le mélange de pamplemousse entre les tasses.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
Dans un bol avec un batteur électrique, battez les blancs d’œufs à faible vitesse jusqu’à obtention d’une consistance mousseuse.Passez à la vitesse moyenne et battez jusqu’à ce que les blancs forment à peine des pointes molles.Battez graduellement les 4 cuillères à soupe restantes de sucre et battez à haute vitesse jusqu’à ce que la meringue soit ferme et brillante.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
