Disposez les quartiers de pamplemousse dans le fond de pâte aux biscuits graham.Réservez.Dans une casserole moyenne, mélangez le sucre et la fécule de maïs.Incorporez l’eau, puis faites cuire à feu moyen jusqu’à obtention d’une consistance épaisse et claire.Ajoutez la gélatine et mélangez pour la dissoudre.Laissez-la refroidir légèrement.Versez la gélatine sur les quartiers de pamplemousse sur la pâte.Réfrigérez 2 à 3 heures ou jusqu’à obtention d’une consistance ferme.
