Dans un grand bol, mélangez la fécule de maïs, le piment de Cayenne, la sauce soja et 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile.Ajoutez les crevettes, en les remuant pour les enrober.Laissez reposer 15 minutes.Dans une grande poêle ou un wok, faites chauffer les 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile restantes.Ajoutez le mélange de crevettes et de légumes.Faites sauter pendant 3 minutes à feu moyen-vif.Ajoutez le jus de pamplemousse, couvrez et faites cuire à feu doux pendant 4 minutes.Ajoutez les quartiers de pamplemousse et faites chauffer, à couvert, jusqu’à ce que le pamplemousse soit chaud, environ 2 minutes.
