Préchauffez le grill à température moyenne-élevée.Tranchez les extrémités du pamplemousse.
Coupez des rondelles d’environ 2 cm d’épaisseur, ce qui donne environ 3 ou 4 tranches.Mélangez le sucre
et la cannelle.Saupoudrez le mélange de sucre des deux côtés de chaque tranche.
Faites griller le pamplemousse pendant 5 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que les tranches soient chaudes et que le sucre commence
