Dans un grand sac en plastique refermable de 3,5 l, mélangez le jus de pamplemousse, l’huile d’olive, les dés d’oignon rouge, l’ail, le romarin, le sel et le poivre.Fermez le sac hermétiquement, puis secouez-le pour mélanger les ingrédients.Ajoutez l’agneau, fermez hermétiquement et secouez pour enrober l’agneau avec la marinade.Réfrigérez l’agneau au moins 30 minutes ou toute la nuit. Retirez l’agneau de la marinade et jetez la marinade.Enfilez les cubes d’agneau, les morceaux d’oignon rouge et le poivron en alternance sur les brochettes.Faites griller les brochettes à feu moyen, en les faisant cuire jusqu’à ce que l’agneau soit à peine cuit et que les légumes soient tendres.Garnissez d’herbes fraîches, si vous le souhaitez.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
