Dans un grand bol, mélangez la salade de chou, les quartiers de pamplemousse de Floride, le poivron et les oignons verts.Dans un petit bol, fouettez l’huile avec le vinaigre, le sucre, la moutarde, la graine de céleri, le sel et le poivre.Versez sur la salade, ajoutez la menthe et le persil, puis remuez délicatement pour bien mélanger.
Pour une saveur de menthe rehaussée, assurez-vous d’ajouter 1 Cs(15 g) supplémentaire à la salade.
