Allumez le gril et transférez les filets de cabillaud sur une plaque de cuisson.Saupoudrez de poivre.Faites griller le cabillaud à 15 cm de la source de chaleur jusqu’à ce que le dessus soit doré et que le cabillaud soit opaque au centre, environ 5 minutes de chaque côté.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t
Fouettez le miso, le saké et 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre dans un plat à four de 33 x 22 x 5 cm.Ajoutez les filets de cabillaud et tournez-les pour les enrober.Couvrez et réfrigérez 4 heures.
À l’aide d’un petit couteau tranchant, coupez tout le zeste et la moelle blanche des pamplemousses.Coupez entre les membranes pour libérer les quartiers.Placez les quartiers de pamplemousse au frais.<\/p>
Pendant ce temps, fouettez le vinaigre avec l’huile et la cuillère à soupe de sucre restante dans une casserole moyenne pour les mélanger.Faites mijoter la vinaigrette.Placez les épinards dans un grand bol.Mélangez-les avec assez de vinaigrette pour les enrober.Salez et poivrez.Dressez les épinards sur des assiettes.Déposez par-dessus les filets de cabillaud.Disposez le pamplemousse autour des épinards.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
