Faites dissoudre la fécule de maïs dans 125 ml d’eau, versez dans une casserole non réactive et ajoutez 375 ml d’eau, en remuant pour bien mélanger.Ajoutez les cranberries, le sucre, le jus de pamplemousse, le zeste de pamplemousse et la vanille, puis mélangez bien.Portez à ébullition, puis réduisez le feu et laissez mijoter à feu doux pendant 15 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit très épais et que le liquide soit clair.Retirez du feu et incorporez les quartiers de pamplemousse.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
Dans un grand bol, mélangez le jus de pamplemousse, le yaourt, les amandes, les œufs et le miel, puis réservez.Tamisez ou mélangez la farine tout usage, la farine de blé complet, la levure et le sel.À l’aide d’une grosse cuillère, incorporez doucement le mélange de farine dans le mélange de jus de pamplemousse jusqu’à ce que le tout soit à peine incorporé, en prenant soin de ne pas trop mélanger.Badigeonnez le gaufrier* d’huile et faites cuire les gaufres selon les directives du fabricant de l’appareil, en utilisant environ ½ tasse de pâte par gaufre.Badigeonnez le gaufrier d’huile avant chaque fournée de gaufres.Servez les gaufres immédiatement, agrémentées de compote de cranberry-pamplemousse. <\/p>\n\t\t\t
