Remarque :Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez mélanger les dés de patate douce non grillés avec les ingrédients de salade au lieu de la garniture de croûtons grillés.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t
Faites griller le steak jusqu’à ce que la température interne atteigne 63 °C. Pendant ce temps, placez les dés de patate douce sur une plaque de cuisson et vaporisez de liquide de cuisson.Faites cuire au four à 200 °C pendant environ 25 minutes, en retournant une fois au cours de la cuisson, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient légèrement dorés.Fouettez les ingrédients de la sauce et mélangez-les avec les feuilles de salade, le pamplemousse, les carottes, la coriandre et les oignons verts.Placez le steak par-dessus la salade et parsemez de cacahuètes et de croûtons de patate douce.Ajoutez les flocons de piment rouge.<\/p>
