Placez le succédané d’œuf, la moitié du jus de pamplemousse, le sucre, le sel et la moutarde sèche dans le bol d’un mixeur.Placez le couvercle et mixez pour bien mélanger.Augmentez la vitesse du mixeur au maximum et versez lentement la moitié de l’huile en filet par l’ouverture du couvercle du mixeur.Versez le reste du jus de pamplemousse en filet, puis ajoutez lentement l’huile restante en filet.Mélangez jusqu’à obtention d’une texture homogène et épaisse.Incorporez le zeste de pamplemousse, placez dans un récipient couvert et réfrigérez pendant au moins une heure ou jusqu’à utilisation.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
