Ingr\u00e9dients pour garnir les tortillas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Sauce \u00e0 l\u2019avocat et au pamplemousse de Floride :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Préchauffez le four. <\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 2. Tapissez une plaque de cuisson de papier aluminium. Déposez le saumon côté peau sur la plaque de cuisson. <\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 3. Dans un petit bol, mélangez le sel, le poivre, la poudre de piment, le paprika et l’ail en poudre (selon votre convenance).<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 4. Saupoudrez le saumon du mélange d’épices.<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 5. Cuire au four environ 10 à 12 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que la chair du poisson s’effiloche facilement à la fourchette.<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 6. Dans un bol moyen, mélangez l’avocat au pamplemousse de Floride. Réservez jusqu’au moment de servir.<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 7. Lorsque le saumon est cuit, séparez la chair de la peau. Utilisez une fourchette pour effilocher le poisson en petits morceaux et conservez-le dans un bol.<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 8. Placez les tortillas de maïs dans le micro-ondes et chauffez environ 20 à 30 secondes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient tendres et souples.<\/span> <\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 9. Répartissez les morceaux de saumon de façon égale dans les tortillas de maïs. Garnissez chaque tortilla de la sauce à l’avocat et pamplemousse de Floride.<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 10.
