1. À l’aide d’un couteau tranchant, pelez les pamplemousses à vif en prenant soin de bien enlever toute la peau.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
2. Dans un grand bol, retirez les segments en coupant entre les membranes. Couper les segments en deux et les placer dans un bol. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
3. Ajouter le concombre, l’oignon, les olives et la menthe dans le bol.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
4. Versez le vinaigre et assaisonnez avec du sel à votre convenance. Mélangez la salade.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
5. Répartir dans 6 assiettes ou un grand plat pour servir. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t
