1. Pelez à vif le pamplemousse de Floride et en retirer les suprêmes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Faites bouillir les asperges pendant 5 à 7 minutes. Videz l’eau et coupez les asperges à la taille désirée.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. Chauffez la poêle à feu moyen.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. Ajoutez l’huile d’olive, les morceaux de jambon et les asperges. Laissez cuire jusqu’à ce qu’les asperges commencent à brunir.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. Retirez du feu et ajoutez le vinaigre et le pamplemousse de Floride.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
