1. Préchauffez le four à 180 °C. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Sur une plaque de cuisson avec papier sulfurisé, placez les copeaux de noix de coco. Faites griller les copeaux de noix de coco au four pendant 5 à 7 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. Coupez le pamplemousse de Floride en quartier et réservez. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. Faites griller l’amarante : versez les grains secs (ne les rincez pas) dans une poêle propre et sèche. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. Placez la poêle sur feu moyen à vif jusqu’à ce que les grains éclatent doucement, au bout de 3 à 5 minutes. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
6. Avec une cuillère, versez 50 g de yaourt au fond de chaque verre ou bocal. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
7. Recouvrez de quelques quartiers de pamplemousse, d’une cuillère à soupe d’amarante, d’une cuillère à soupe et demi de copeaux de noix de coco et d’une cuillère à café de miel. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
8. Répétez l’opération pour créer une autre couche. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
9. Agrémentez chaque verre d’ingrédients restants en terminant par quelques copeaux de noix de coco. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
