1. Râpez le zeste des pamplemousses jusqu’à obtenir environ 2 cuillères à soupe de zeste.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Coupez les pamplemousses de Floride en deux et pressez-les jusqu’à obtenir environ 25 cl de jus.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. Versez le jus dans un bac à glaçons et ajoutez la quantité désirée de zeste dans chaque cube.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. Placez le bac au congélateur jusqu’à ce que les glaçons aient pris – de préférence pendant toute une nuit.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
