1. Pelez et coupez le pamplemousse de Floride en quartiers. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Détaillez le gingembre en julienne. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. Coupez le calamar et ses tentacules en morceaux rectangulaires. Assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre et de la sauce soja. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. À l’aide d’un économe, retirez les fibres de la branche de céleri et émincez le céleri en fines tranches coupées en diagonale. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. Faites cuire les 2 sachets de nouilles en suivant les instructions sur l’emballage. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
6. Dans une poêle, ajoutez l’huile végétale et le gingembre. Faites cuire à feu doux jusqu’à ce que l’arôme du gingembre ressorte. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
7. Ajoutez le calamar et le céleri et faites cuire à feu vif pendant 1 minute. Réservez. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
8. Faites frire les nouilles à feu vif pendant 2 minutes, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient dorées des deux côtés. Placez les nouilles sur une assiette. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
9. Replacez le calamar et le céleri dans la poêle et faites-les frire à feu vif en remuant pendant 1 minute. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
10. Ajoutez le pamplemousse dans la poêle et faites-le frire légèrement. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
