1. Dans le bol d’un mixeur, placez la moitié des quartiers de pamplemousse de Floride, des pêches, des fraises, du miel, du lait, la moitié des graines de chia et le Matcha en poudre. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Mixez jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange lisse mais assez épais. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. Répartissez équitablement entre les 2 bols. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. Sur le dessus de chaque smoothie bowl, placez joliment le reste des quartiers de pamplemousses de Floride. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. Saupoudrez chaque bol de pistache et de noix de coco râpée.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
