1. Taillez le pamplemousse de Floride en quartiers. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. Pour la vinaigrette : mélangez l’huile d’olive extra vierge, le sel et le poivre selon votre convenance. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. Préchauffez le four à 170 °C. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. Faites griller les noix : répartissez-les sur une plaque de cuisson et faites-les dorer au four pendant 10 minutes environ ou jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient croquantes. Mettez-les de côté à refroidir. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. Dans un grand saladier, ajoutez les quartiers de pamplemousse de Floride, les feuilles de cresson, les feuilles de laitue, les crevettes et les noix. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
