Préchauffer le four à 160°C. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/p>
Prélever les zestes des agrumes de Floride : 1 orange, 1 pamplemousse et 2 citrons verts. Garder les zestes dans un bol. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3) <\/p>
<\/p>
Couper l’autre moitié des agrumes de Floride en fines rondelles et les mettre de côté.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4) <\/p>
<\/p>
Dans un grand bol, crémer le beurre et le sucre jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient légers, mousseux et d’une couleur jaune pâle.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5) <\/p>

Ajouter la vanille et les œufs un par un, en mélangeant bien après chaque œuf.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dans un autre bol, mélanger la farine, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ajouter les ingrédients secs au mélange crémeux, en alternance avec le yaourt. Mélanger jusqu’à homogénéité en faisant attention de ne pas trop travailler la pâte.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/p>
Incorporer délicatement les zestes des agrumes de Floride.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
9) <\/p>
<\/p>
Verser le mélange dans un moule à manqué bien huilé ou dans deux moules à pains.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
10) <\/p>
<\/p>
Laisser cuire au four pendant 1h15, puis laisser refroidir pendant 30 minutes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
11) <\/p>
<\/p>
À l’aide d’une assiette ou d’un support à gâteau, placer les agrumes tranchés sur les bords extérieurs, en les chevauchant au fur et à mesure.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
12) <\/p>
<\/p>
Démouler délicatement le gâteau et le placer sur les agrumes tranchés. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
13) <\/p>
<\/p>
