Mélanger le fenouil, le jicama, quartiers d’agrumes de Floride, 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive, le vinaigre de riz et le persil dans un grand bol. Puis assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre. Conserver ce mélange au réfrigérateur jusqu’au moment de servir. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Préchauffer une grande poêle à feu moyen-élevé avec 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
