Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 min 1. Commencez par préparer le granité 12 heures à l’avance.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 2. Pelez et détaillez en suprêmes 2 pamplemousses. Pressez le reste des pamplemousses pour en récupérer le jus.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 3. Faites bouillir l’eau et le sucre ensemble puis laissez refroidir.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 4. Dans un blender, mixez les morceaux de fruits ainsi que le jus et le mélange d’eau et de sucre.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 5. Versez le tout dans un grand plat rectangulaire et placez-le au congélateur pour au moins 12 heures.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 6. Grattez assez régulièrement le mélange à l’aide d’une fourchette.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 7. Le lendemain, pelez et découpez le troisième Pamplemousse de Floride en suprêmes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 8. Au moment de servir, répartissez les huîtres dans des assiettes puis ajoutez une cuillère à café de granité et quelques feuilles d’estragon.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div> 9.
